my name is Gillian Tyldesley and I would like to welcome you to life coach south west. As the name suggests, I am a life coach located in the south west of the U.K. Cornwall is my base however as much of my coaching is conducted by phone, I am able to take clients from near and far. I help people address issues they may have in their personal and professional life. Through coaching, my clients work toward their life goals with greater awareness and focus, having addressed old assumptions they may have held about themselves.
Coaching is the tool that will improve self esteem and boost confidence. With raised awareness new paths are discovered in diffucult relationships. Greater focus will move individuals away from self sabotage.
