Coaching sessions are usually arranged weekly or fortnightly according to needs and availability. During the session I will be asking you questions, however it is you who will decide the topic, set the goals and commit to actions to achieve your goals.
DIFFERENT FORMATS
Telephone coaching is quite common and has the advantage of cutting out travel time and costs. It also means that no matter where you live in the country I can coach you.
Individual session is £60, block of four pre booked sessions £200.
Group coaching & workshops - although not as private as one to one still presents many of the benefits. This type of coaching can be used in the workplace, or a group can be formed with friends or associates.
Face to face coaching is available in the Cornwall area (subject to agreement and location) however I will consider travel out of the area.
